Reiki is a sacred Japanese healing technique that channels universal life force energy to support healing on every level — physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual.
Through gentle hands-on or hovering touch, Reiki clears energetic blockages, soothes the nervous system, and restores the natural flow of energy within your body. The result is a deep sense of calm, balance, and renewed vitality.
How It Works
When your life force energy flows freely, you feel grounded, clear, and connected.
But when it's blocked or depleted — due to stress, trauma, or daily overload — it can manifest as fatigue, tension, anxiety, or even physical symptoms.
During a Reiki session, you simply lie down and receive.
The practitioner intuitively channels healing energy through the hands, creating the ideal conditions for your body’s innate healing intelligence to activate and restore harmony from within.

The different Reiki Usui Level
Get a better understanding
Reiki Usui - Level 1
Level 1 is a practitioner's initiation into Reiki and is open to anyone. The focus during Level 1 is on opening the energy channels on a physical level, allowing the practitioner to connect to the universal life force energy.

The goal of the Level 1 designation, encouraging students to focus on practicing Reiki on themselves, thereby working through their own obstacles. The Reiki Level 1 attunement was initially given in four separate attunements.

Typically the Level 1 course also includes an overview of the history of Reiki, hand placements and self and group practice.

Duration : 1,5 days

Reiki Usui - Level 2
Level 2 is often defined by a focus on practicing Reiki on others, as well as an expanded opening of the energy channels. Additionally students receive the " Reiki symbols" and Level 2 attunement. The Reiki symbols allow the practitioner to connect more deeply to the universal energy, as well as draw on the qualities that the symbols represent. This includes the ability to provide distance Reiki, or sending healing energy to individuals wherever they may be.

The Level 2 attunement is typically given in one single attunement, with a focus on opening up the central channel even more, with an emphasis on the heart chakra.
Typically Level 2 also includes practice in drawing the symbols, invoking their qualities, as well as distance healing.

Reiki Usui - Level 3 - Master
This level empowers the student with MASTER SYMBOL.
​
Becoming a Reiki Master is a path of dedication and spiritual commitment to self and others. Reiki Masters constantly works on themselves on this journey of self-healing & self-discovery.

Duration: 1,5 days
Reiki Usui - Master teacher Level
​The Reiki Master Level is traditionally considered the teacher's level — a practitioner who has received the energy and knowledge to attune new Reiki practitioners. Becoming a Reiki Master also represents a deep commitment to the Reiki practice.

Duration : 7 days lenght into several weeks
